The foundation of Commercial Cool-Temp Corp. began in 1985 with the vision and leadership of Charles Seybold. After obtaining his Engineering degree in Europe, Mr. Seybold later immigrated to the United States with the goal of providing excellent service and design of HVAC systems in the commercial and industrial market. Twenty-five years later, Commercial Cool-Temp has established itself as one the premier HVAC/R companies in South Florida. With a staff of professional employees, Commercial Cool-Temp Corp is capable of taking on projects ranging from fresh-air systems in residential homes, to large factory chiller systems.

TRADITION OF SERVICE

Commercial Cool-Temp Corp has become a leader in our industry as a contracting firm, by designing and building large and complex heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and process piping systems for major commercial, industrial and high-end residential clients. Our in-house mechanical engineers have collaborated together for over a decade and our field technicians comprises of some of the most experienced installers and managers in the South Florida area. In addition, our technicians are required to stay on the “cutting edge” of technology with continuous training and education.
